Cancellation Policy

Orders for MDWST Fence may be cancelled within 24
hours of scheduled delivery or pick-up. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Shipping Policy

MDWST Fence products are shipped via common carrier
trucking companies unless picked-up by the customer. If the order total is below the minimum for free freight, the customer is responsible for all freight charges accrued. Small order will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

Shipping Errors

Each shipment from MDWST Fence comes with a Bill
of Lading. If a product is missing from your order, you must let MDWST
or the freight company know immediately. If a product arrives
damaged, you must note the damage on your Bill of Lading. Any claims
must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of shipment.

Return Policy

All MDWST Fence orders are custom made, packaged, and
shipped according to your request. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from MDWST. All material must be returned to MDWST in the original packaging and will be subject to inspection. Any serious damage, such as gouges, dents, etc. will cause the pieces to be scrapped, and no credit will be given. Any non-standard items cannot be returned.
